From mild to the extremely hot, the flavors are outstanding. You have to stop by their restaurant to sample their salsa bar!  A Traverse City must!!!

Grand Traverse Distillery:  Cherry Whiskey. This is a Michigan Bourbon produced in Traverse City.  It has an incredibly smooth cherry finish. Great for Manhattans or Whiskey Sours! Stop by their Front St tasting room to sample all of their delightful spirits.

Natalie Robyn’s:  Cherry Vinaigrette. This delicious vinaigrette is bursting with fresh Northern Michigan flavors that just scream Summer!  Find great recipes on their website or create your own.

Maxbauer Specialty Meat Market:  Bacon Jerky.  Yup. Bacon Jerky!  Mark has perfected several varieties of this Traverse City original onsite in their brick smokehouse.  Be sure to sample the Maple, Peppered and Cajun!

Kilwins:  Caramel Apples. These are truly amazing!  The caramel perfectly compliments their fresh crisp apples and the buttery pecans. Yum!!! Everything in this locally-owned Traverse City business is a delicious treat for the kids or the kid in us!

The Filling Station:  Craft Beer. Traverse City breweries are outstanding and The Filling Station is no doubt a best of the best. No matter what type beer you like, grab a growler to enjoy at home! You are going to love the atmosphere and friendly knowledgeable staff.  Hungry? Their flatbread pizzas are phenomenal! We love the Spartan!

Benjamin Twiggs:  Cherry Pancake Syrup.This wonderful syrup adds just the right amount of Traverse City Cherry flavor to French Toast and Pancakes.  Delicious!

Boss MouseSmoked Butter. Featured on the Rachel Ray Show, this applewood smoked butter is amazing on vegetables, potatoes, breads and makes the best grilled cheese sandwiches!!! Our favorite place to find it is at the Sara Hardy Farmer’s Market in Downtown TC Wedsnesdays and Saturdays May-Oct

Press on Juice:  Matcha Magic. This is our favorite of these delicious locally made juices!  These recipes are so tasty, you may even forget  you are being healthy! Look for the new location on 8th Street coming very soon!!!!

Chef Frank’s:  Seasoning.  This is the perfect blend of sweet and savory spices for making delectable burgers, chicken, steak, eggs and even popcorn!  Chef Frank’s website offers some great recipes for the kitchen and grill.

Shady Lane Cellars:  Gewurztraminer 2013. Whether you know how to pronounce this one or not, it is a must try. Give yourself enough time on your visit to this outstanding winery to enjoy their spectacular patio! It is relaxation and comfort times 10!

Naturally Nutty:  Cherry Butter Toffee Peanut Butter.  Such a great tasting healthy addition to bagels, sandwiches and smoothies.  It is so good you will find yourself eating it right out of the jar!

Pleasanton Brick Oven Bakery:  Focaccia. Pick one up for lunch or dinner! This makes a great additions to any picnic or meal! Pleasanton is certainly one of Traverse City’s best! Don’t miss their pizza at The Little Fleet. It is pizza perfection!

ERG! Energy Bars. A healthy energy bar has never tasted so good!  The ingredients are simple yet delightful.  Take along on your adventure or enjoy one as a meal replacement.  Our favorite place to find these delicious bars is Brew on Front St in downtown TC!

Cherry Republic:  Spicy Cherry BBQ Sauce. Not into spicy, no worries, the original is outstanding too.  You may never grill chicken or ribs without this sauce again!
